These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greenaidigital.com and the services provided by Jaden Green, a sole proprietor doing business as GreenAI Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Gilbert, Arizona. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide three services, each a custom-built AI employee for residential pool service companies, billed month to month: NET (answers, quotes from your approved price list and follows up on inbound leads), BALANCE (answers existing customers from your schedule and house rules, sends service notes and review requests) and PUMP (follows up open repair quotes, sends invoices with your payment link and sends payment reminders). Each is priced per employee; there is no bundle. The exact scope, configuration, go-live date and price for each engagement are defined in the service agreement, proposal or invoice for that engagement. You approve every script before it goes live and you own every script, transcript and configuration built for you.

All content on greenaidigital.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by GreenAI Solutions Team or used with permission. You may not reuse it without our written consent. Work delivered to clients is covered by the relevant service agreement.

4. No guarantees

We work hard to deliver real results, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes (such as a specific number of leads, sales, or rankings). Marketing, advertising, and AI results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Payments

Service fees, payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation terms are specified in individual client agreements. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GreenAI Solutions Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time for any reason. Client engagements are governed by the termination terms in each individual agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
